Reissue of a a privately released album of music recorded in the early 90s. Ronald Langestraat held a residency in the lounge of Amsterdam’s Apollo Hotel, where he would play five days a week, for five hours a day. In 1991, throughout several sessions, he recorded himself on a cassette recorder. 'Apollo' is an eccentric meld of otherworldly jazz music with drum machine sequences, punchy bass and distorted space noises! Features strange, alien versions of 'Lowdown' by Boz Scaggs, 'Give And Take' by Santana and 'Orpheus' by David Sylvian!
