Remastered reissue of this seminal space-themed album from the legendary, Larry Heard. Originally released in 1996, 'Alien' is an exploration into the sci-fi side of the Chicago producer.

Across the album are deep and melodic 4/4 grooves in his classic style but we also see tracks with Transmat-style Detroit influences, glorious floaty ambient in the vein of Global Communication and beat work-outs from across the cosmos. Heard's signature warmth and space shine through on an album that is beautifully rich in sound and feeling. Timeless magic from this fine innovator!
