This is Group Doueh’s follow up to their now legendary debut LP out now on the ever awesome Sublime Frequencies label run by former Sun City Girl member Alan Bishop and Hisham Mayet. Treeg Salaam (Streets of Peace) is a of a chilled out cosmic drone of beautiful desert sounds with a tinge of psychedilia then the music turns much more explosive with cosmic drones that Salmou Baamar emits from his guitar playing.

The Second side is an inspiration to the deep folk roots of the groups influence where they take back there music to a more traditional clime to reflect its people and the landscape of Western Sahara. You have to hurry as Sublime do not press a lot of these records as there are only a one-time pressing of 1,500 copies. Pressed on 180 gram vinyl and comes in a gatefold full color jacket with great photos of the musicians.

This is an ABSOLUTE must have!!!!!!
