The idea behind "Masse" is that three different producers meet with three different choreographers from the Berlin State Ballet Berghain. This resulted in this rare one off recording that finds Henrik Schwarz creating structured tracks, with wandering bass thumping electrified guitar chords. Marcel Dettmann and Frank Wiedemann create a minuet that is a sound triptych of a total of 25 minutes of playing time. Finally DIN take over to create new abstractions that are rhythmic and electronic.
