    Killer uptown funk 12" reissue from Queen Constance Records. A heavy rolling bass hook, field recordings from the subway tannoy and Margo Williams's vocals supply the inner city funk menace. At a crossroads between funk, soul and an emerging Hip Hop culture this track appealed to both the disco crowd and the bravado of the uptown b-boys.
