Young Cali musicians Thee Heart Tones are back with an instant classic in the form of 'Don't Forget Me Love,' which sets the tone from the very first snare hit. Lead singer Jazmine Alvarado's unmistakably buttery voice remains the band's secret weapon, but there's real growth on display too, which is hardly surprising given a run of coast-to-coast tours alongside Thee Sacred Souls, Lady Wray and Lexa Gates. Reuniting with producers Leon Michels and Tommy Brenneck, plus co-production from Kevin Martin (the Brainstory rather than The Bug one), the group rekindles the chemistry that made their debut so special while also pushing their sound further forward. Still all only around 20, Thee Heart Tones already sound like seasoned pros.
