Singer Arthur Conley was the prodigy of another legendary singer Otis Redding. Both were from Macon, Georgia. Sweet Soul Music is a high point in late 60s soul - recorded at Fame Studios under the direction of Rick Hall and Stax boss Jim Stewart.
