The long awaited album from Terror Danjah on Planet Mu!

Although considered not as famous as his other illuminaries in the scene, Terror Danjah - by the accounts of many in the underground, consider him a genius of proportions and probably the best grime producer that has ever emerged in the scene. "Gremlinz" is very much 'the sound' of Terror, Danjah's production is ingenious to say the least, working with a signature palate of sounds, adding to them occasionally, shifting, syncopated rhythms, destructive basslines, furious mixing, in which would make any of his productions recognisable and all embroiled in the aggressive post-garage movement of grime.

Gremlinz" is a collection of some of the most amazing mixes that you could say where the golden age of grime, with many of these tracks featured on the Aftershock label (Limited Vinyl) as either instrumental tracks for mcs to clash over and djs to play or as backing for mcs and singers (which gives you a great idea of his importance!). Hearing this you will understand where the later beats producers would have been influenced and where they could have referenced from, example Joker, Gemmy and the new Bristol producers, and many others in the dubstep scene. Terror's productions are BRILLIANT.

Complex rhythms and pop hooks and until now, despite being lauded by those in the know, he's been under-appreciated which is the saddest thing of all. Now the ingenious people at planet Mu bring this collection of his instrumentals alive featuring remixes and tracks for others, is a good chance to show off his singular genius to the rest of the world.

    VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
