    Absolute classic album from Miles Davis' 'second classic quintet' with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Tony Williams...superb!

    By 1967 Miles Davis and his group were at the height of their creative powers: the group had been together for several years at this point, just before the introduction of electronic elements, and were pushing the boundaries of the hard bop style they had perfected to its absolute limits. Neferetiti was the fourth studio album they recorded together and we think it's their best!

    Put simply, any fan of 1960s modal jazz needs this album!

    CD features four bonus tracks of alternate takes!

    Very highly recommended!
