Reissue of this "holy grail" Ghanaian funk LP - one of Ebo Taylor's rarest and most sought-after!

On this album, Ebo Taylor joined forces with 12-piece band ‘The Pelikans’ from the Cape Coast region of Ghana led by Bessa Simmona, with rhythm guitarist Fifi Orleans Lindsay. This album clearly defined a new direction in highlife, and the tune 'Come Along' has become a Ghanaian funk anthem. Essential reissue via Mr. Bongo packaged in a heavyweight ‘tip on’ sleeves; printed in Japan, pressed on high quality vinyl, with label designs and artwork as per the original release.
