The Throbbing Gristle line-up, minus Genesis P-Orridge, return to Industrial for two brilliant records with a melancholy provenance.

This is 2 LPs in one deluxe pack: 'Desertshore' is a cover version of the whole of Nico's 1970 album of the same name, initialised during an ICA installation in 2007; while 'The Final Report' is a more adventurous, muscular record, marking another conclusion for Throbbing Gristle following the sad passing of Sleazy.

Chris and Cosey made a commitment to complete the ‘Desertshore’ project. With enthusiastic support and contributions from so many who were close to Sleazy - especially the featured guest artists Antony, Marc Almond, Blixa Bargeld, Sasha Grey and Gaspar Noé - the project is now complete.
