The Black Gestapo is about as camp as it gets in terms of the 'gestapo' angle but its heart is sort of in the right place. An inner city is plagued by the local white mafia. A black non-violent People's Army tries to protect its citizens but a breakaway 'direct action' faction starts up and deals out its own justice. They also adopt 'nazi-esque' uniforms, change their names to African chiefs and generally lose the plot. Luckily the leader of the non-violent People's Army sorts them out in the end with a taste of their own medicine. Really bad quality transfer from video, not too great acting but ... REALLY funky soundtrack and groovy clothes which save the day and make it a DVD you need to buy!
