Proto-house and rare groove classic re-issue!

James Mason is best known for his hard-to-find soul-jazz classic album 'Rhythm Of Life' which included the mighty, 'Sweet Power (Your Embrace)". The early 80's saw Mason producing more experimental electronic output.  'NightGruv' is a seductive proto-house killer from 1984, sounding a bit like a Larry Heard gem. The flip is the ultra-cool 11-minute soul classic!

    ESSENTIAL!!!
