    • 1. Freeway
    • 2. Everything That Shines Ain't Gold

Two standout cuts on 45 from Maurice’s Moore’s debut album, the lead A1 soul funk cut ‘Freeway’ coupled with Moore’s original mid-tempo take of ‘Everything That Shines Ain’t Gold’, a groove loosely inspired by Chocolate Milk’s ‘Action Speaks Louder Than Words’. Both tracks were recorded at home in 1976 and mixed in March that year at Pegasus Studios in Moore’s hometown of Warren, Ohio, personifying what he calls the ’Town Sound’ - a family affair with no label constraints, absorbed in the local scene and written, produced and arranged by himself.
