Venn Diagram is the third in a trilogy of 7-inches from Breadminster County Council’s Elijah Minnelli, whose production style has made its home in the intersection between UK Bass, Dub, Cumbia and Eastern European musical traditions.
The track follows on from the musical precedent set by Elijah’s previous releases, featuring a melancholic harmonium lead melody backed with theremin sub-bass and driving percussion. The B-side is a live dub take of the track, peppered with warping delays and analogue spring reverb.
