The legend that is Robert Hood revamps tracks from his back catalogue, mainly drawn from last year's concept album/sci-fi soundtrack 'Omega', in a "live" setting, upping the pace and fucking with clever segues for a near-continuous mix. Master of intelligent, blindingly effective repetition as he is, the highlights fall (fittingly) between his relentless versions of 'Alpha' and 'Omega', and although the bonus tracks might fall a little short, there's a nice James Ruskin mix of 'Alpha' tacked on to wrap up a wicked package.
