This album-length suite was Coltrane's gift to God. An undeniable masterpiece, one of the best albums recorded, in any genre, ever.

The Complete Masters compiles the original LP as well as two extra discs featuring unreleased sextet recordings from Coltrane's personal tapes featuring Archie Shepp and Art Davis. Also included is a 20 page booklet with the artist's musical notations, rare images and an essay by Ashley Kahn.

An extraordinary document of an extraordinary recording.
