Coming by the way of Lloyd Norris' supreme 'Magnum Force' label is the killer roots revive by the late Edi Fitzroy named 'Bad Boy'. Originally voiced in 1981 at King Tubby's studio over the recognisable 'Money Money' version with the backing weight of The Aggrovators. Friend and mentor in the business Striker Lee gave the riddim to Norris who was had all the signs of a promising recording producer. Norris took the track to Tubby's and produced that session alongside Deadly Headley; responsible for those catchy sax-lines. Coupled with Edi Fitzroy's call to the youth to stop the violence, the message of 'Bad Boy' still rings true today.
