The Butterz white-label series goes from strength to strength with the official release of Ramandanman’s edit of his own track 'Glut' with the # 1 grime anthem 'Woooo Riddim' by Birmingham's S-X. Containing the best elements of both tracks, the harmonious vocal sample of 'Glut' creates a glorious sonic juxtaposition to the gritty, stuttering bassline of 'Woooo Riddim’. S-X’s original cut – released on Butterz to instant sell-out success at the start of this year – has been championed by Loefah, Ben UFO, Benji B, as well appearing on Ramadanman's recent Fabric Live mix CD. Flying solo on the b-side, S-X’s 'Bricks' is a tougher-than-tough take on the 808 drum-led southern hip hop stylings that he has been known for, but still retains an undeniable UK edge about it. Strictly limited 500-only white label, never to be repressed.
