Superb reissue of this seventies cosmic Ghanian-funk LP from Rob on Analog Africa! Influenced by American artists Otis Reading, James Brown, Wilson Pickett and Ray Charles as well as traditional african music. Originally released in 1977 with only 500 copies available. Title track 'Funky Rob Way' is a killer afro-cosmic groover, foot-tapping driving percussion, futuristic hammond organ with a super funky horn section!
