This is a jaw-droppingly beautiful masterpiece of late-60s modal jazz. This classic album features Chick Corea in his acoustic, pre-fusion days and his Eric Satie-influenced playing surpasses even that of Bill Evans or Herbie Hancock. Beautiful, contemplative, involving music that ranges in mood from tranquil to pensive and never falters in quality throughout the length of the entire album. This is one of our all-time favourite modal jazz albums and it's a pleasure to be able to recommend it to you! An over-looked classic!
