Wallias Band were an Ethiopian jazz/funk outfit active from the 70’s until the 90’s. They recorded and worked with Mulatu Astatke. They were amongst the first EthiOpian bands to tour the USA. On ‘Muziqa Muziqa’ saxophonist Seyoum Gebreyes collaborates with the Wallias Band.
