The second of two "donuts-style" 17-track instrumental LP's from Riggins. The 'D' sound going on here, roughly chopped, jazz and hip-hop in equal measures, using a broad, eclectic palette of samples.

Karriem Riggins is best known as a jazz drummer and hip-hop producer for artists like J Dilla, Common, Slum Village, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu, and The Roots.

Detroit born Karriem Riggins, was schooled by the late jazz bassist Roy Brown and has backed legends such as Hank Jones, Oscar Peterson, Milt Jackson, Donald Byrd and Ron Carter.
