This is the hugely anticipated Gil Scott-Heron and Jamie XX re-work album! A year after Gil Scott-Heron's I'm New Here', Jamie XX has reworked, re-imagined, rejuvenated and reincarnated thirteen tracks from the album with cutting-edge, on-the-money production breathing new life into the tracks.

You would have had to be living in a box deep in the Amazon rainforest not to have heard the killer remixes that outrageously talented young producer Jamie XX has done for Adele, Florence And The Machine and not to mention the lead single for the 'We're New Here' 'NY Killing Me'. Jamie XX is able to groove in the softer moments felt in the melancholy of 'Home' and switch it up into a strictly dancefloor affair on tracks like 'The Crutch' and 'Running'! Very highly Recommended!
