    Argentinian saxophonist Barbieri bridged the gap between latin jazz and the deep jazz of Flying Dutchman (Leon Thomas, Gil Scott Heron etc) with his series of albums for the label in the 70s. This is the best featuring Airto Moreira, Stanley Clarke, James Mtume, Roy Haynes and John Abercrombie. Wicked!
