      First released in 2012, Something About April is one of the projects that put musician and producer Adrian Younge truly on the map, making him one of the most in-demand collaborators in the States. This record saw him revisiting the baroque pop sound of his 2000 EP Venice Dawn, this time recasting it in the grittier context of the work he’d done on the soundtrack for 2009 blaxploitation film Black Dynamite.
