UK based composer, bassist and producer Phil France drops his second LP on Matthew Halsall's Gondwana Records. France is best know as one half of the mighty, Cinematic Orchestra. The album is a collection of beautiful blocks of sound containing intricate minimal arpeggiated patterns and electronic textures that develop and shift in subtle, original and melodic ways.
