    'Hesitation' sort of does what it says on the tin - a brilliant funky electro/techno track continually building towards a release that fails to come, padded with an eerieness courtesy of weird vox & effects, an amazingly squeaky bass line, and off-kilter crunched snares panning around yr head. Great.

    'Homecoming' on the other side is one of those 909 workouts that the UR camp can churn out without really breaking into a sweat. This is the original pressing of the 2003 EP.
