Since the release of his 12" taster last year, 'Jah War' feat Flow Dan which had dubsteppas, beat heads and general good music lovers wetting themselves with pure joy, The Bug aka Kevin Martin has been hard at work in the studio working on one of the most exciting and eagerly anticipated albums of the past year, and boy has the hard work paid off!!!!

Jamaican dancehall is obviously the main influence here on this album, with hard stomping bass commanding you to bop your head and shuddering through all the tracks. Tracks such as 'Skeng' and 'Poison Dart' have been mashing up dubstep superdance, DMZ in brixton all year! 'London Zoo'is a brilliant title for the album because although the afore mentioned tracks have had huge success on the underground dubstep scene, the album points to genres such as grime, hip hop and even techno at points!

Strong, deep, lyrical collaborations come from some of the UK's finest mcs such as Ricky Ranking, Killa P, Flow Dan, Spaceape, Roger Robinson, and Aya, as well Warrior queen and Tippa Irie!!!!

A fantastic new album with a message!

    Highly Recommended!
