    LP + 7" single

Thai Elephant Orchestra, originally released on CD in 2001, features performances by 6 elephants living at the Thai Elephant Conservation Center in Lampang. The elephants’ poignant phrases and beautiful melodies are meditative works of art, captured on tape and presented in a beautiful LP + 7" package for the first time ever. New York-based musical artist Dave Soldier and elephant expert Richard Lair, who works at the Thai Elephant Conservation Center, built instruments for the elephants. This package includes liner notes and unreleased material from the original recording sessions. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Thai Elephant Conservation Center. Packaging: LP Includes a Bonus 7" + Liner Notes by Richard Lair [w/ download card]
