A slo-mo Theo Parrish pace to "Vänern", working a dusty loop of keys, compressed hats and melancholic soundscapes, before a burst of energy comes in a switch up half-way through with some double-time stabs, leading into some VHS-style haziness from"Vättern".   The Bside a heavily EQ'ed twisted remix of "Vänern" , ending with "Mälaren", which sounds like a disco diva trying to release herself from the grooves. Wicked.
