?Beg To Differ? is the debut artist album from grime and dubstep pioneer Plastician. The opening track and lead single from the album, ?Intensive Snare?, features self proclaimed ?King of Grime? and long time friend Skepta. The track is an ode to seminal dubstep night FWD>> and via sets from Boy Better Know, BBC Radio 1?s Mary Anne Hobbs and Plasticians own DJ sets is now a firm club favourite. ?Beg To Differ? is a carefully programmed and complete listening experience, an example of the variety within grime at it?s best. Tracks like ?Japan? and ?Walk In The Carpark? are beautiful, fragile and introspective whilst ?Badboy Sound? and ?Real Things? are intense and unrelenting aural assaults, the latter employing Skepta and Frisco of Boy Better Know on vocal duties, alongside Temz, Chronik and Esco of notorious grime favourites Slew Dem.
