Keeling wrote "Hey Little Girl" when he was 13 years old. The song was recorded in 1968 at WIRL on Bell Road in Kingston. Engineer was Lynford "Handicap" Anderson, the musicians: Lynn Tait lead guitar, Ranny Bop Williams on rhythm guitar, Theo Beckford on piano, Winston Wright on keyboard, Hugh Malcolm (the band leader) on drums and Val Bennet on sax. the same set of people who also played on "Combination".
