Divine Horsemen The Living Gods Of Haiti by Maya Deren

First published in 1953, Maya Deren's famous account of the Haitian deities, practitioners and rituals of Voudoun was written with the special insight of personal encounter and is often recognised as the primary source book on this fascinating culture.
