      • 1. TBA

Newly remastered compilation of the psychedelic underground pioneers’ earliest recordings, sourced from Giorgio Gomelsky's archives. These recordings were the very first demos made by The Soft Machine. Recorded in April 1967 by producer Giorgio Gomelsky at DeLane Lea Studios in London, these demos were originally intended to form the foundation of Soft Machine’s debut album. The compilation showcases unique compositions and early versions of fan favourites like ‘Save Yourself’, which would later be re-recorded for their first official LP.

For this special RSD 2025 edition, the original master tapes, sourced from Giorgio Gomelsky's archives, have been meticulously restored & remastered, bringing a new level of clarity to these long-lost tracks. The album features new cover art licensed from Nigel Waymouth (Hapshash & The Coloured Coat), originally designed in 1967, adding to its visual and historical appeal.
