Composer Don Peake has recently revisited his score and this vinyl release presents the newly discovered and remastered original tapes from the film. It follows the Carters, a suburban family targeted by a family of cannibal savages after becoming stranded in the Nevada desert. Made for only $230,000, the film has spawned may sequels and remakes and has gone on to become a cult classic.
