    The Inspirations were Jimmy London and Billy Dyce, they had recorded a few songs for Lee Perry, with "Tighten Up" as their biggest success.Their "Stand By Me", recorded in 1968 is a great rocksteady song. Flip side has the instrumental cut on the same riddim, done by Val Bennett and the Upsetters.
