Originally released in 1995 under the pseudonym 'Dub Crusaders', this album was recorded entirely on tapes and features live dubbing techniques with Jah Rej at the controls pushing studio equipment to its limits. Despite no computers being used in its recording or mixing, it stands as a classic from the hayday of early UK 90's Dub.
Some of the rhythms can be found on other Jah Works artist releases or vinyl only dubplates, and this collection of Rej's dubs are a great example of how each rhythm can be a musical journey of it's own with innovative use of the mixing desk, effects & reel-to-reel tape-machines to develop a distinct character to each dub.
Players of instruments include:
Martin Campbell, Jah Rej, Tim Hill, Richard Patterson, Ital Malk and Bongo Zebby.
