An early key release in Strut's back catalogue, now re-released after almost 13 years with a special bonus disc - "Music For Dancefloors" compiles the best bits from the archives of one of the most famous music library's ever!

Of course there is a world of loops and breaks in this fantastic double-disc set, more than that there are some amazing quality compositions and performances that stand the test of time.  KPM has been sampled by everyone from the likes of Jay-Z, DOOM, Madlib and Guilty Simpson, Dangermouse, and even used by Quentin Tarantino for his film Kill Bill.

Originally recorded as a source of go-to material for use in film, television and radio, library music wasn’t intended to be enjoyed in a home listening context, and often wasn’t available for commercial release at all. However, due to the quality of the musicianship and the stripped-down arrangements, music from the best libraries has become extremely sought-after by DJs and producers.
