The legendary calypsonian Lord Melody (née Fitzroy Alexander) put together the songs on this recording in a matter of days, but it is a superb demonstration of the genre. A dynamic performer known for his wit, creativity and charm, Lord Melody is backed by the vocal group March Of Dimes Quartette and the Cyril Diaz Orchestra and is joined by Marjorie Johnson on "Sack Dress."
