Superb anthology of the works of this seminal New York no wave band! Scratchy, noisy brilliance! Highly recommended! DNA were one of the first wave of amateur DIY art punk bands in the late seventies and appeared on Brian Eno's No New York compilation alongside James Chance's group, The Contortions; Mars; and Lydia Lunch's group, Teenage Jesus And The Jerks. This definitive package collects all of their long-unavailable (and highly sought-after) records together with compilation-only tracks and a load of previously unreleased material, and features great notes and photos! The music (or anti-music?) is certainly not for the faint hearted, but for fans of art punk noise squalls, this is undoubtably the best stuff around! DNA were featured on our excellent New York Noise compilation. Check them out!
